Booking Terms

• All bookings require a minimum 20% deposit
• Full payment is required 7 days before the tour date
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Minimum participant numbers may apply for group tours

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before tour: Full refund
• 3-6 days before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund
• Force majeure cancellations will be handled case by case

Tour Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
• Respect local customs and dress codes
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Have valid travel documents and insurance

Liability

Jordan Landmarks Tours is not liable for:

• Personal injury or loss of property
• Delays or changes due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party services or facilities

Photography & Marketing

We may use photographs taken during tours for marketing purposes. Participants can opt out by notifying us in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
